The staff didn't respond properly when we asked for support after sending boxes from our room to be put on the bus. They failed to load them, leaving behind around 60 bottles of Coke and 48 bottles of water we'd arranged for our trip. There was no real response or accountability after we told the hotel. Basic room service also took repeated follow-ups, and the billing was hard to trust: the first bill was almost double the agreed amount, and they only corrected it after I checked and pointed it out. Hygiene was another serious problem. The tomatoes in our lunch salad smelled bad and seemed slightly rotten, and were replaced only after I told staff. Later I found algae-like dirt in the glass water bottle. Anyone visiting can check the bottles themselves. This was one of my worst hotel stays. Poor service, hygiene, careless handling, and billing left me with no trust in Sarovar Portico Nature Villa. I wouldn't recommend it.

Muskan and Rajnish made our visit with delicious food and exceptional service, and the whole staff were warm and welcoming. The location, views, and top-notch amenities were a treat as well. Heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay at SAROVAR Portico, Manali 🙏! 🌟🤩

I spent four days and five nights here, and the scenic views were lovely. The location and what you can see from it were what I enjoyed most. Room service was good, although the power cuts were frequent and the geyser water wasn't very hot. The food was okay.

Our stay was excellent, and the staff were supportive and helpful. Thanks for arranging a complimentary candlelight dinner and lovely bed decoration. Special thanks to the receptionist ma'am for helping us so kindly. 😊🤞

My wife became sick after check-in. The rooms were okay, but the staff weren't cooperative, and breakfast quality was mediocre. The hotel is advertised on several booking sites as having a doctor on call, medical facilities, and first aid on the premises, but none of that was really available. In a midnight emergency, staff refused to help. I had to call the hotel GM, who came himself and took us to a nearby hospital. In my opinion, this should be a 3 star hotel.
