The staff weren’t friendly, and the behavior and service were very bad. The hotel has no room heater. Think twice before booking.

We booked four rooms for two days. The food was good if you’re after Chinese, but service was a little slow and the room service wasn’t great. Staff didn’t behave properly. They gave us dirty door mats, and when we asked for a change, it took a long time and several calls before someone came. Even then, we never got a clean mat, just another place mat instead. That was our experience. We have photos if anyone wants to DM me.

The biggest problem was the electricity. There was no backup generator, and the outage went on for 25 hours or more, leaving us without basic comforts. The rooms were shabby and not clean enough, and the staff seemed indifferent when guests needed help. With service like that and such poor room conditions, my stay was a complete disappointment. I’d advise against choosing this hotel if you want a comfortable visit.

The room was clean and nicely furnished, with a balcony facing the mountains. We had a double bed with a great mattress, a coffee table and two chairs, a mirror, and a wardrobe. There was a geyser, hot drinking water, and room service was quick. The staff were helpful too. Heaters cost 400 or 600, and all of this was just 999. The only downside was the expensive food menu.
