The hotel is set back from the main road, so it's quiet at night, and Mall Road, Manali's main market, is very close. The rooms have a large glass window overlooking the hills, plus a ceiling fan, wardrobe, two sofas, and a small wooden coffee table. The attached bathrooms are clean, with modern fittings and a geyser. There's a large dining hall on the ground floor, though the food is a little costly. The staff are good and customer-friendly. It's one of many similar hotels in Manali.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the price felt very affordable. The hotel is well maintained, with awesome staff and well-managed behavior. Room service was very good and arrived on time. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're coming to Manali.

The worst part was how the staff argued instead of fixing anything. They were unhelpful, showed no courtesy, and took no responsibility for the problems. We booked five rooms for my family, and the whole stay was extremely uncomfortable, a total waste of money. The rooms were freezing, the toilet flush didn't work, and there was only cold water because the geyser was broken. Bedsheets were dirty, and the unclean blankets smelled horrible. Every time tea was served, it was cold. Not recommended at all.

I came to Manali with my family and stayed at hotel rr villa. The staff were very cooperative, the service was very good, and the food was good too.
