The staff member’s attitude was the worst part. He spoke very rudely and made us check out by force when we were dealing with an emergency. We weren’t given basic room supplies like a towel, and the dustbin was unclean and smelled awful. I’ve never had an experience like this, and I would never visit again.

The rooms and bathroom were spotless, with cleaning every day, and it felt just like home. Staff and owner were so familiar and welcoming, and the hospitality was top notch. I loved it ❤️ Definitely recommend going here ❤️

I stayed at Apna Ghar on 5th December 2023, and the staff’s polite, courteous manner was a really nice change from other hotels. My room and bedsheets were clean, and the bathroom was hygienic. They brought a heater when I asked. It’s close to mall road, an easy walk, and convenient from the mall road bus stand. Five stars.

Flies and a lizard were crawling on the bed, and there was no soap or towel. It felt like guests had to beg for basic things. The staff behaved badly and insisted on checkout at 11:00 am even when there was an emergency. A horrible stay. Look for another hotel or homestay.

We had a great time at Apna Ghar. It’s a nice choice for a holiday in Manali if you want that home away from home feeling. The location works well for seeing Manali, and the facilities you need are just a few steps away. I don’t think you’d have second thoughts about staying here. Hope everyone has a happy stay too.
