The reception team responded quickly, even when I asked for medicine late at night, and we also appreciated the complimentary coffee for two. The washrooms and balconies were spotless. I’d initially wondered about hygiene, service, and the food, but those concerns went away during our four-day stay. Breakfast had a good range and was consistently excellent. Dinner’s chef special was especially flavorful, and the food overall seemed made to suit a wide range of tastes. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

The restaurant is across the road, and there are no lifts there or at the nearby restaurants, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with older people. The breakfast was delicious, with different dishes each day instead of the same menu on repeat, and the staff there were pleasant. We stayed five days. The hotel is easy to reach from Mall Road, the rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and courteous. They’ll also provide an extra blanket if the nights feel too cold.

The family room had plenty of space and a nice view, but we found the stay average overall. There are no fans in the rooms, and since Manali hasn’t been as cold lately, one would be useful. The service was slow, though manageable. Tea cost 100 plus tax per cup, so I wouldn’t order it there.

The rooms are very spacious, and for the price the stay feels well worth it. Cleaning was good and the staff were helpful. I was especially pleased that breakfast was included in our hotel price. I had such a happy experience with Vivaan that I’ve decided to recommend this hotel to colleagues and relatives planning a trip.

All four rooms we got were comfortable, and the stay felt cozy and wonderful. The food was great. Try the grilled chicken with mushroom sauce, it was smooth, cheesy, full of flavor, and absolutely divine.
