The room was spacious and clean, and the people were kind and welcoming. There’s a balcony, plus access to the terrace where you get a great mountain view.

I had concerns about the bathroom’s cleanliness and the general environment there. It wasn’t clean, and didn’t feel suitable for a family stay. People were also drinking and smoking in the gallery.

The view from my room was wow, and the food was delicious. The staff were so welcoming that it felt like being at home. They gave us hot drinking water whenever we asked, at no cost, and provided both a blanket and a quilt for the severe cold without charging extra, while other hotels gave only one blanket. We could check in early for free and check out as late as 5 p.m. I was delighted with the service. Try this hotel for a hassle-free vacation and some good moments. Thanks for making my vacation a good one.

The hotel has a mesmerizing view, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. It’s a good choice if you want to be a little away from Manali Mall road, though that’s only a 5-10 minute walk. I’d recommend staying here.

We stayed with family in rooms 401 and 402 from 13.05.24 to 17.05.24. The room service was good, and the manager helped us plan places to visit day by day and arranged a vehicle for us each day. I’d stay here again when I visit Manali. Thanks to all the hotel staff.
