Panaash Eco World - A Luxury Glamping Dome Resort in Manali

Snowy mountains surround the property, and the view is beautiful. The dome was luxurious, clean, and comfortable, with a very spacious, hygienic washroom. The staff were friendly and polite, especially Tulsi bhaiya.

If you’re mainly after the views and family time, you’ll love it here. There’s a professional chef, tasty food, great service from the staff, games, a bonfire, heated beds, and they’ll arrange things whenever you ask.

It was peaceful with no noise around. The room was comfortable, with a lovely mountain view, and there were chairs outside where we could sit and enjoy it.

Getting to the property at the confirmed check-in time, I found no staff, no reception, and nobody to contact. I called the number they’d provided several times, but there was no answer, leaving me stranded in an unfamiliar, remote area. The road is dangerously narrow and broken, barely wide enough for one car. There’s no proper parking, so guests have to leave their vehicles by the roadside without security. Nobody came to clean the room or checked in about its condition or service. By evening, someone finally called, but only to ask whether I’d eat dinner at the hotel or outside. The place is badly managed, and the owner or manager was irresponsible and unreachable. I’d booked this Manali resort expecting a peaceful, luxurious stay, but it became my worst travel experience. This felt like negligence and a money grab dressed up as a resort. It’s unsafe and unprofessional, and I’d avoid booking it.
