The location was the best part, a wonderful escape from the city's daily hustle bustle. We spent quality time with the family by the well-maintained pool, which the kids absolutely loved. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, and the staff were polite and considerate of all our requests. We had an incredible, blissful stay and would definitely come again and recommend the resort.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and it was the best part of my journey. The service was good, and I got breakfast 2 time a day.

The room was neat and had a really beautiful view. We stayed four days, and the food was delicious for the first three; on the last day it was just fine. Staff were cooperative and the service was good. The only drawback was how far the hotel is from the private bus stop in Manali.

The management felt poorly organized. For our four-day stay, breakfast and dinner were the same each day, and at dinner there was nobody around to serve us. Staff weren't very responsive when we needed something, and often no one was at reception. The heater we bought from the hotel staff didn't work properly, and neither did the geyser. In the cold weather, that made for a bad experience. We did think Ranson hotel itself was good, but anyone staying there should keep these issues in mind.
