The peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, polite staff, and excellent service made staying among Manali’s beautiful valleys comfortable and memorable. If you’re planning a trip to Manali, this hotel is worth trying.

The hotel needs better management. Staff behavior was poor, and the service quality was bad. They didn’t know how to deal with guests properly, and the hospitality was very poor.

The hotel is a good 3 star category property, but the service is bad and the manager’s behaviour is very bad. Management should first remive the manager, who is always sleeping at reception amd did the huk ka party. Wrost services.

The owner and staff at Snow Range Cottage Manali made us feel like family, and the fresh, delicious food was a real highlight. Our room had a beautiful view, and the cozy atmosphere made the stay memorable. I’d definitely choose it when visiting Manali again.

There were only three people trying to run the whole hotel, including the restaurant and reception, and room service apparently wasn’t a thing. We were given one towel, and were told that’s what every hotel provides, so guests can decide for themselves. The place and service were the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s listed as three stars on Google, but I’d rate it below zero. A horrible stay.
