What stood out most at Sterling Manali was the staff, who treated us like royalty, always smiling, polite, and ready to help. Their warmth made this family stay even more special. We enjoyed dinner at the property one night, and the food was fresh, tasty, and satisfying after a long day out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the mountain views and calm, refreshing ambience were lovely. It was a very pleasant experience overall. A great choice for families looking for comfort, good food, and genuine hospitality in Manali. We’d consider staying again.

The chef, Mr. Alam, deserves special credit. His skill and attention to detail really came through in the delicious food, and you can tell care goes into each dish. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay relaxing. The hospitality was great, and I’d happily recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

This was our third stay, and the quality has stayed consistently outstanding. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Chef Alam ji and Rajinder ji deserve a special mention for their very kind, attentive hospitality, and the food was absolutely delicious and full of taste. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay thanks to the excellent service. We highly recommend the hotel and look forward to coming back.

The mountain views were lovely, and our room was clean and comfortable. Mr. Vijay was especially helpful and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. We had a really pleasant stay at Sterling Manali and would happily return. The service was excellent.

Chef Alam’s food was a highlight, especially the breakfast and croissants. Sterling Manali has been one of my best recent hotel stays, and Sterling has once again shown why it’s a first choice for hospitality and class. This is a hotel everyone should try at least once.
