The River Grand

The long delay getting to River Grand on 24 January 2026 was down to nearly 15 km of traffic, but the staff were understanding and cooperative when we finally arrived. Mr. Pannalal, the manager, was especially polite and helpful, making sure check-in and the rest of our stay went smoothly. The rooms and facilities were satisfactory for a comfortable stay, and the hotel was decent for its category. I appreciated how management handled the situation.

The rooms at River Grand Hotel in Manali were cozy and comfortable, and the game zone was clean, with a nice place to relax and have some fun. The hotel also had a warm, inviting feel. Staff were consistently helpful and polite, always ready with a smile. I had a delightful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Manali.

At around 1 AM, after heavy snowfall and traffic kept us from reaching our original hotel, the three of us arrived at River Grand Hotel, Manali. It was nearly -14°C, and most hotels were full. Even though River Grand was occupied too, the staff found us a room with heaters and provided food, which was a huge relief. Mr. Panna Lal, the manager, was particularly supportive and went out of his way to help. Everyone was kind and cooperative. We had a comforting experience in a difficult situation, and I’d recommend the hotel to people visiting Manali.

It felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The room was clean and cozy, and service was smooth. Staff were very cooperative. I really enjoyed my stay, a nice choice for a relaxed visit.
