Breakfast was another letdown: there was no clear menu information, and when we asked, staff brought dishes of their own choice. There was no tea available. I booked two rooms for one night but accidentally entered three guests instead of four. At the front desk around 5 PM, I explained the mistake and tried to rebook for four guests, which showed the same rate. Staff still insisted on changing one or two rooms and charged 30% extra without a receipt. They had first asked for 50% more, so I didn’t pursue the receipt then. I know part of this started with my own mistake, but the way it was handled felt unfair. The staff seemed unhelpful and not customer-friendly, and the lack of communication and hospitality left me disappointed.

Mr. DC kaushal was very honest and professional, handling each movement politely. The staff behavior was good, and the resort had good facilities and services. Best ever resort, and I’ll definitely visit again.

A very nice family resort, with good quality food and very clean, spacious rooms. The rooms have a pvt mountain view balcony. Strongly recommend it to families and couples.

I stayed at silver stone with my family and had a great experience. The rooms were much bigger, neat, and clean, with modern amenities and facilities throughout the beautiful luxurious resort. The staff were cooperative, polite, and very professional. I strongly recommend this property, especially for couples and families.
