The view is lovely, and we got great hospitality. Vinay ji made sure the food came hot and tasty, and service was quick. They also prepared Jain food on request, and it tasted very good. Room service was fast too. Worth planning a stay here if you’re visiting Manali.

I’ve worked with this property professionally for seven years, and the management has been consistently dependable throughout. They’ve never let me down, and their attention and commitment show in how smoothly things run. Mr. Imtiaz sir is professional and supportive, with a hands-on approach. He keeps an eye on operations as they happen so guests can stay comfortable without disruptions, and that’s helped my events go smoothly. Mr. Vinay is also a pleasure to work with. He’s approachable, reliable, and focused on making sure guests are looked after and enjoying themselves. The food, ambience, and overall atmosphere all contribute to a complete stay. I’d recommend the resort to visitors to Manali, whether they’re there for leisure or an event.

At [winterfell the stay], the staff were quick to help with things like transport and suggestions for local places, always with a smile. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The food was fresh and tasty, and the dining area had a nice feel. We spent three nights at Winterfell Stay in Manali and had a wonderful time. The riverside setting is stunning, and the property has lovely open space for kids, indoor games, and cozy bonfires. Our room was clean and spacious, with a balcony. Vinay and the rest of the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was great. Highly recommend.
