The staff hospitality stood out most to me, especially Vivek, Pooja, and the others. I stayed five nights, and the food tasted like home cooking. Wi-Fi was fast enough for workstation use, and the property looks out over snow-covered peaks and the Beas river. Getting here is difficult, though. An auto from the Volvo bus stand charges Rs 300-400, and then there are broken stairs to climb for 100 meters with luggage. Even so, I had a great stay.
The Vashisht hot springs are an easy walk away, with the local market, cafes, and nature hikes nearby too. That made it simple to explore on foot. Zostel Vashisht itself is peaceful, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with lovely views and comfortable rooms. The food was amazing, and the ambience and general feel of the place made the stay even better. Everyone on staff was polite, welcoming, and helpful. It’s a great place to slow down in the mountains, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Vashisht or Manali.
You do need to walk a little to reach Zostel Vashisht, as the website already mentions. The view is breathtaking, the staff are amazing, and the Wi-Fi works well for a workation.
The food, service, and stay were all awesome. The hospitality and amenities were lovely, and the hill views made it feel like an amazing place to stay. I’d recommend it to everyone without hesitation.
I loved the experience ❤️ Lekhraj made check-in smooth and provided good service. The mountain view made my conversations with Gayatri especially soothing, and she was a good host. The rest of the staff were amazing and very patient too.
