The owner is a decent person and speaks politely, but the stay could use some improvements. There's nowhere to park at the hotel, so you'll need to find a spot elsewhere and walk. The AC should be replaced, and the mattress isn't comfortable, so expect some tossing and turning at night.

The rooms have window ACs, but there’s no hot water or WiFi, and the rates are high. The place also needs better ambience. It wasn't cleaned properly, and the washroom fell short of expectations.

Parts of the building are currently demolished while renovations are underway, and the rooms aren't clean.
