The staff were a strong point here. Reception, service, and security were all polite and helpful. The location is peaceful, not a party spot, and works well for a quiet 3-4 day break. My room booking, which included breakfast, was around ₹4,000 per night for three days. I felt that was too much for the room, which should ideally cost about ₹2,500 with breakfast. Nearby places have better rooms or huts at a similar price, so the value could be better. Breakfast was limited and wasn't a buffet. You had to choose from a small menu: Paratha, Puri sabji, Bread omelette, packaged juice, and coffee. This should be made clear when booking. The food tasted good, though the price felt a little high for the portion. I'd also have liked a water dispenser so guests could refill bottles. I can buy water, but would rather refill and avoid creating lots of plastic waste. The room had no side table, and the locker wasn't working. Good staff and a good location, but the room and what's included could be better for the price.

I had a really enjoyable stay, right on the beach, with restaurant and room service. My room was clean, and there was laundry service. Shops and Wonderland are within walking distance, so it's a good location if you don't have a scooter. I could put my tab on my credit card when leaving, which was handy since the ATM is a bit of a walk.

The food was awesome, freshly made from scratch, though it takes a bit of patience to arrive. The rooms are decent and the location is great. Staff seemed faster than Amazon Prime, just one call away 😄 One winter catch: some rooms play hard to get with hot water.

Food service was below average. Staff seemed focused on taking orders and bringing them to the table, with little motivation to help customers. There were very few breakfast choices, and the quantity was small. Liquor offered little value for money, with 30/60ml servings priced very high, equivalent to metro rates around 25-28 Dec. The restaurant had no late-night option, and everything was closed at night, including on the beach. Other places do offer late-night choices. There was also a lizard living between the windows in our room. We couldn't get it out, and my child was scared.

A great place to watch the sunset, near the beach, with a river view as well. The menu is large and service was quick. We tried prawns rava fry, kingfish masala fry, stuffed chicken leg piece, bbq pizza, and chicken momos. The food and drinks were amazing!
