The rooms are okay, but the bathrooms aren’t maintained well and cleaning is poor. Service was the worst, and the staff’s attitude wasn’t good. They kept switching off the AC, and even after I asked them to turn it back on, they took a long time.

The room size was fine, but there were lots of red ants. The bed cover and quilt weren’t clean, and I don’t think they’d been washed after the last guest. When we asked for another quilt, they said it was being washed and wouldn’t be available until the next day. Hot water wasn’t available after noon. Stay here only as a last resort if you can’t find anywhere else.

The people are nice, but there were no complimentary items, even though we paid almost 1,500 rupees. At least coffee and a bottle of water would be expected. At checkout, they came asking for a tip, even though I’d give one if I wanted to. The lobby guy also demanded a five-star rating while standing in front of me.

The rooms are awful, and the service is very poor. The price is much too high for what’s offered.

We booked a month ahead, but when our group arrived, they said they only had a few rooms and couldn’t arrange anything for us. I’ve never dealt with such idiotic people. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
