There was no water supply in the bathroom and no current supply either. The hotel name online didn't match the actual name, and there was no proper signboard, so it was confusing to find. A waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend this for families.

The staff weren't helpful, and the room itself was in poor shape: it hadn't been cleaned properly, and both water and current supply were poor. Hygiene was bad too. It was one of the worst hotel stays I've had.

The room price wasn't worth it, and I wouldn't recommend the place. The AC in my room didn't work, and even after I reported it the morning after checking in, they didn't repair it. Staff gave stupid reasons instead of fixing the problem. The reception area had cigarette and alcohol smells, with a bar beside it, which gave a bad impression for families. The ambience was poor, and the overall service was terrible.

We booked two AC rooms, but one had an AC that wouldn't change temperature and the other had no working AC at all. Since it was night, we couldn't switch rooms. The bathroom water was green and muddy, and although one room had proper water, its hot water was muddy too. There was no Indian food service. The rooms weren't cleaned properly: the floor was sticky, the chair and iron cupboard were dirty, dust poured out when we opened the cupboard, and the dustbin hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. The cupboard was damaged, the ceiling fan stayed at one speed, the bathroom tap leaked, and the room and bathroom fittings were rusty, including the room lock and bathroom door handles. I'm completely disappointed. It wasn't worth the money, and booking here was a mistake.
