The owner was friendly, though he doesn't live at the property. Parking is at your own risk, and other cars could block you in if you need to leave early. I wouldn't recommend this for women, children, or families. The place is worth only RS. 500 a night, not more. The walls are cracked, windows are broken, and only one room has A/c. At night there are usually drunk people around. Maybe it suits bachelors or male college students. Don't be fooled by the reviews. Even if you've paid an advance of RS. 2000, I'd forget about it and book somewhere else.

The owner threatened us and demanded extra money when we checked out. Before that, the rooms were filthy and smelled awful, with leftover mess from previous guests that seemed to have been there for weeks. There were cobwebs, spiders, worms, and bed bugs. Nothing seemed properly cleaned: the sheets hadn't been changed and the floor wasn't mopped, apparently because they didn't even have a mop. My friends and I had a nightmare of a stay. Don't choose this place, you'll regret it.

We were locked inside the gate and threatened to pay extra, and they even tried to smash our vehicle's glass. Guests were treated terribly. Insects were crawling all over the bed. This resort was the worst, don't even think about going there. Bloody f#£*#ng resort.

We came as a study group of 30 and stayed here. The staff were really supportive, the rooms were great, and the food was excellent. A great place to visit, and credit to the staff.

The beach at night is lovely, and the stay was peaceful. The owner is very friendly. In-house guests can play carrom and TT for free. There's also a 4-foot-deep swimming pool, available for 100/hr.
