Karthik residence

There's a huge hall and a spacious bedroom, and one room can fit four people. Roadside parking is available, plus there's a small plot where you can park. But the place needs serious maintenance. We found cockroaches in one room, so I wouldn't recommend it for a family with kids. The switches are outdated and the toilets are slippery. There were no dental kits, and the sheets looked old and not properly washed. No breakfast was provided.

The location is peaceful and about 10 minutes from the city center, with the beach close enough to visit early for sunrise. Breakfast was available and much appreciated. We paid 5486/- for two days and one night with breakfast, which felt affordable. The rooms were good and had hygienic restrooms, and the hotel worked well for our family group of more than 10-15 people staying together. We reached at around 3.00 AM, and the incharge or owner Mr. Saravanan (I guess) answered our call right away and arranged the room with the best amenities. He was humble and helpful, as were the room in charge. They provided extra beds and pillows without hesitation. Thanks for the hospitality and the room.

At this good price, I didn't expect a private beach, and there wasn't one. The location was quiet apart from some dogs barking at night. My room was spacious and nice, and the entrance and rooms were neat and tidy. I didn't use the air conditioning since the ceiling fan was fine. The staff and owner at Karthik Residency were friendly and helpful, and I had a very pleasant stay. Two small requests for the owner: when a room is vacant, please give the bathroom a proper clean, and put fresh sheets on the bed. Guests appreciate both. Thank you.

We stayed for three days at an affordable price, and the place made our trip comfortable. The rooms are spacious, Serenity beach is very close, and hot water is available around the clock. Breakfast wasn't great, but it was manageable. The staff were great and just one call away.
