The pool water was dirty, and I developed itchy skin allergies after swimming. Hygiene needs serious attention. The breakfast was disappointing, and the dining area wasn’t clean either. They even charged separately for water bottles, which felt unreasonable given what we paid. During my stay last weekend, basic items like towels and a kettle weren’t provided at first, and we had to keep asking. Wi-Fi and power were unreliable, and cleanliness and maintenance were very poor overall. The stay wasn’t worth the money, with poor service and unhygienic facilities. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they make major improvements.

The rooms were clean and neat when I visited Pondy last week. We had a great time with friends, especially enjoying the terrace and beach view. The resort also had rental bikes available.

We booked a room but left without staying after seeing its condition. It was extremely small and uncomfortable. The lift wasn’t working, parking was inadequate, and service wasn’t proper. The receptionist behaved badly and didn’t respond properly. A very bad experience, I wouldn’t stay here.

The clean pool, lively party hall, and relaxing vibe made the stay great, and the staff were friendly with excellent service ♥️. Our comfortable luxury room had a stunning beach view dining area. There’s a beautiful beach just steps away, easy to walk to for morning strolls. Bike rentals were convenient, and there was plenty of car parking.

Every staff member was warm, attentive, and helpful, and the hospitality really stood out. The rooms were well maintained and the amenities exceeded what I expected. I had an amazing, comfortable and welcoming stay, and highly recommend this place.
