The room had a repulsive smell that stayed with me the whole time, and the facilities were practically nonexistent, with no basic amenities to rely on. Staff were rude and unprofessional, and I saw guests verbally abusing them, which made for a hostile atmosphere. On top of that, the hotel demanded extra money for reasons they hadn't disclosed. My recent stay was regrettable. Never book this hotel. [Hotel Name] falls short of even basic hospitality standards and is a place to avoid.

The beach is nearby, and we had a nice stay overall. The owner was friendly and customer service was good. It felt comfortable for friends or family.

H I booked a room and went there, but the manager demanded an extra 2500. When we showed him the booking details and asked for the room, he shouted at us, used slangs, and said he wouldn't give us the room or refund the money. They won't provide a room even with a prebooking, and they won't refund the money either. I don't know how OYO supports these guys. I'd give it 0.0000000 star. The manager was a waste fellow, very misbehaving, and this is completely fraud. Don't go here, guys.

Oyo fix the rate 992, but the receptionist asked for 1500. Don't book from this Oyo. The room was very small and didn't feel safe. It was badly maintained and not cleaned anywhere. The toilet was awful and smelled bad, its lights didn't work, the AC wasn't cooling, and the beds were terrible. Very very worst receptionist and rooms. I have shared my bad experience from this 12Stayz. Totally worst.

If you book through make my trip or Oyo, they'll simply tell you to contact customer support while refusing check-in. Even with a confirmed booking and upfront payment, they may deny your booking and entry, giving different excuses and melodrama instead. The manager and hotel staff were very rude, and this hotel is especially unsuitable for families. This was a horrible experience I can't put into words. I hope you read this and understand what happened to me. Please don't book this location.
