The property is neat and clean and sits in a prime location. Caretaker Abhishek deserves special appreciation for all his work. It’s one of the amazing properties in Goa, and I’d say stay at least 3 to 4 days to enjoy every corner of the house.

Chetan was very helpful and came by every morning to check that everything was okay. Wonderful service and a nice experience. I’ll visit again.

Abhishek handled the housekeeping really well and was very helpful. Raj Pandeyji made some superb, yummy food.

We were eight people and had a great time at the villa. The rooms are airy, clean, and nice, with an attached bathroom in each of the four rooms plus a thoughtful shared one. We could use the kitchen, and there were books to read. The caretaker took care of the basic things we needed, so it was easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The outdoor areas could use better care in the rain. The outer sofa set gets completely soaked and stays unusable even if the following day is dry. The outdoor seating, screen, and decorative tractor had the same problem. Also, the pool looked smaller in person than it did in the photos, which felt deceptive.

The villa had everything we needed, including food and transport, and it was kept in great shape. Abhishek, the caretaker, was quick to help, and Chef Raj Pandey's breakfast was delicious. My one small suggestion is to put full-length mirrors in all the rooms.
