Fabhotel Prestige

The front desk staff member was extremely rude and uncooperative. There was no courtesy or professionalism, and they made no effort to handle the problem politely or responsibly. This was completely unacceptable, especially while traveling with family, and I wouldn't recommend Fab Prestige Hotel to anyone. They seriously need to improve staff behavior, check-in, and how they handle customers. We had a very bad experience. Even though our email ID, guest name, booking confirmation, bill details, and official messages from Fab Hotel were all correct, we weren't allowed to check in. Staff gave a vague, unacceptable explanation that the phone number was incorrect, which made no sense when everything else had been verified. My family waited nearly an hour and a half without a proper explanation. It was frustrating and unprofessional. Only after all that wasted time and unnecessary stress were we finally allowed to check in. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

The washroom was clean and had a geyser, but the room itself was only okay, maybe 2.5 out of 5. I found lots of cockroaches in the cabinets and on the tables. The Wi-Fi was weak, and the TV didn’t work. I stayed for three days and two nights, from 5 February to 7 February. Since I checked in early on the 5th, the receptionist charged me an extra 700 after saying rooms were available. When we needed cutlery, he said he’d send it, but it never came between noon and nearly 10 at night, so we went down and got it ourselves. Not every receptionist was rude. One woman, whose name I don’t know, was very helpful and polite. There was also an older man who charged us the extra 700, and another fair-skinned man whose attitude and strange looks made me uncomfortable.

The rooms were roomy and well looked after, and we really enjoyed the food. The staff did a lot to make us feel comfortable. We’d happily stay again and would recommend fab hotel to others.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel itself is nice, but the service was awful, both in the restaurant and from the hotel staff generally. We had to keep asking for basic items like soap, shampoo, and towels. The staff said the laundry hadn’t arrived, so they couldn’t provide a towel for the whole day. This needs fixing, and the staff should be more courteous.
