Hotel Sharayu One

I spent a full week at Sharayu One and was comfortable throughout. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the staff made an effort to look after me. I don't know the receptionist's name, but she was very helpful. The location is also handy for getting around, and I found the stay pleasant and good value for money. One small suggestion: please consider putting Android TV in every room. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable stay.

My room was unhygienic and poorly maintained, with cleanliness clearly not a priority. Its condition didn't match what was shown online, and it felt like a waste of money. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Basic requests were ignored or met with attitude, and there was no sense of hospitality. Management seemed careless and incompetent. They didn't take complaints seriously or make any effort to fix the problems. It felt like they stopped caring once they had your money. The place seems to rely on misleading photos and false promises. Avoid it if you care about your comfort, money, and peace of mind. Not recommended.

I initially booked Sharayu One for two days after finding it on Agoda and Google Maps while looking for somewhere in Mapusa with easy access to the market. I liked it enough to add three more days. The hotel is clean, with a great ambiance, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. It’s an easy walk to Mapusa Court and the market, right in the heart of Mapusa. I had a fabulous time and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay nearby. Looking forward to my next visit. The complimentary breakfast stood out, with plenty of options and very good food. I had a pleasant stay, with clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a well-kept property.
