Ramsons Luxo Aparments

We had paid the full amount for a confirmed one-night stay at Ramsons Luxo, but my colleague and I were refused check-in when we arrived around 10:00 PM. The owner said nobody could be checked in that late, even though we'd told them we would arrive late. We were left stranded in a very isolated area, with no nearby restaurants or convenience stores, and had to find emergency transport back to Goa and book another hotel. Since then, management has not responded or given an explanation or apology. The attached screenshots, as described, show the owner threatening me after I posted an honest review on Google. This was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend a property that left us in that situation.

I'd stayed at Ramsons Luxo or Pratibha Apartments for almost three years, so this visit with friends last week was unexpected. We'd booked ahead, but the househelp kept us waiting 30 minutes to check in. Once we got in, there was an electricity problem. When I contacted the lady manager, she was rude and started arguing, saying, “Don’t threaten me.” We asked for a refund, and she gave us 30 minutes to vacate, leaving us no other option. She also said, “You have not seen the world, you are too young, don’t threaten me!” She laughed during a phone call while threatening young students. If there’s an electricity or housekeeping issue, we should be able to raise it with the service provider instead of being given excuses. The way we were treated was very unprofessional. I won't recommend this place anymore, and the lady manager needs to correct how she speaks to customers.

The owner was rude, the pool was dirty, and there was nobody available to help us. The fan and AC weren't working. After we'd booked the room, the owner charged extra just for two small children, but refused to provide an extra mattress.

We had a nice time hanging out with friends in the shared pool. The stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean.
