The Savi Villa Luxuria

We had a GREAT stay at this lovely property, thanks to the LEVEL NEXT hospitality and all the arrangements from YASH HOLIDAYS. The entire support staff deserve thanks too. It’s definitely somewhere we’d come back to. Highly recommended :)

The property was amazing, and our stay was comfortable and really good. The host and caretaker were caring and sweet, and we had a great time ✨️✨️

We booked for 4 days, but left within 24 hours of checking in. After resting for a bit, we realized we’d chosen the wrong place. The bedsheets all had strange stains, and there were lots of bed bugs. We asked the caretaker to clean the room and waited in the hall. When we turned on the TV, it was broken. The caretaker said the previous guest had damaged it, so we couldn’t use it, and there were no speakers either. We had to use our phones for music. After the room was cleaned, there were still many bugs on the bed. There was also a note on the door saying the villa wasn’t responsible for any loss. Then, when we went to shower, the water was brown and stopped flowing after 2-5 minutes. We called the caretaker, who said there was a water issue that day and it might not return until 6 in the evening. We called the main owner and explained everything; they promised it would all be fixed within 1 hour. We went to lunch and came back 2 hours later, but nothing had been resolved. Our first day was badly messed up and stressful, so we tried to adjust, but had to leave the next morning. A huge disappointment. Don’t visit, it’s a waste of your time and energy.
