One of my worst hotel experiences. We had booked four nights, but when we arrived the manager said the hotel was fully booked and sent us to another hotel. They covered one night's stay and transferred us, claiming it was another one of their hotels, though it actually wasn't theirs. It felt like a way to take our money and avoid us. I'd avoid this resort.

The room was spacious and had a great view, and the terrace and swimming pool were awesome. The hospitality and service were wonderful, and they also offered pickup and drop-off. If you're traveling to Goa, I'd highly recommend staying here for a great experience.

Poorly managed, run-down, and not kept up. Avoid it, there are plenty of other places to choose from.
