The peaceful, elegant feel of the hotel made it easy to relax. Our room was roomy, clean, and kept in good shape, with modern amenities. There was plenty of fresh, tasty food to choose from, and the staff were friendly and professional. Amal was especially kind and attentive, and his service made our stay more comfortable.

Amal’s warm manner and great service really stood out during our visit. The whole staff were courteous, professional, and attentive. We also enjoyed the food, which came in a wide selection of fresh, flavorful dishes that were presented beautifully.

Skygrill was a nice spot to unwind in the evening. We had dinner at the zuka and tried all the signature cocktails. They were top notch apart from one green drink, “something hulk.” That one tasted a bit like cough syrup, which I didn’t like. Maybe the Red Bull in it was the reason.

Breakfast had a great range of options and was really good quality. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the hotel had a relaxed feel. The front desk team were friendly, helpful, and courteous, which made everything go smoothly. Crowne Plaza was clean and well managed, with great hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.
