Adamo The Village

Breakfast was delicious, and the location worked perfectly for exploring the area. Our room was clean and cozy, and everyone on staff made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting. Big thanks to the staff, especially Mr VEER SINGH, MR VIKRAM SINGH, MR NIKHIL SINGH and MR MISHAV ALI. The pool was neat and well maintained, and we found the staff supportive. Mr. NIRANJAN SIR deserves a special mention for helping us throughout our staycation. Room service was prompt, professional, and reliable, which kept the stay comfortable. We also really enjoyed the food. Every meal tasted great and seemed thoughtfully prepared. Adamo The Village is a good choice if you're looking for comfort and quality in a memorable stay. Highly recommended...😍🙌

The room itself was in terrible shape. In room 305, the AC wasn't cooling properly, the fan made noise, and the lighting was inadequate. The bathroom shower didn't work properly, the drain was choked, and there was no mirror in the room. The spring mattress was awful, and we all woke with back and neck pain. There was no auto generator backup, no helper to carry luggage, and the pool water was dirty with no shower area. Staff behavior was rude. We visited Adamo Resort, Matheran on 6 June with friends, hoping for a relaxing holiday, but the whole experience was frustrating. Booking online was confusing, reception felt unprofessional and disorganized, and the hospitality wasn't what we'd expect from a reputed resort. The rooms and surrounding areas were not clean enough, and hygiene and maintenance seemed lacking. Food options were limited, and the taste didn't match the price. When we raised concerns, we got no clear policies, satisfactory answers, or real effort to fix anything. We can't recommend Adamo Resort, Matheran to friends, family, or other travelers based on our experience. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves cleanliness, food, service, and the guest experience.

Rakesh made a big family stay feel easy. We were 12 people, with elderly parents and children, and he made sure everyone was comfortable and looked after. He was thoughtful without hovering, patient, polite, and quick to anticipate what we might need. He helped our elders settle in and made the children feel welcome, always with a smile. It's rare to get service that feels this sincere and personal. Rakesh and the team at Adamo The Village made the stay pleasant, memorable, and stress-free for the whole family.
