We booked several rooms, and the same problems showed up in each one. The room locks didn't work, most bathroom taps and the geyser were out of order, and the window glass was transparent. Bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels weren't changed. We weren't even given drinking water. Rooms and services all felt substandard, whatever category they were called. Staff had no sense of hospitality. We were told things like “Adjust Karlo, Pura din toh bahar rahoge, sirf sona hi toh hai.” If you leave something behind after checkout, staff may keep it without letting you know. We stayed three days because we had children and senior citizens with us, had paid in advance, and didn't want to keep shifting our luggage. That was our mistake. Even neighbours who have nothing to do with the hotel told us they often see guests arguing with the hotel at checkout. Don't stay here, even if it's free. The management's reply included personal remarks and assumptions instead of dealing with what we experienced. Respectful behaviour and basic service are reasonable expectations. Writing a review is a guest's right, and mocking or attacking reviewers only reinforces my concerns. Other negative reviews and the hotel's replies are there for customers to read. We also have a screenshot of the chat where you apologised for the abysmal service and staff behaviour, then offered to waive 500/- from the tariff if we still wrote positive reviews. That's why we decided to let other customers know what to expect.

Each morning we were promised the problems would be fixed that day. We'd return at night after a tiring day and find everything still the same. We stayed because we had kids and senior citizens with us, and didn't want to change hotels every night. That was our mistake. The rooms and amenities were substandard, smelly, and run down. Despite repeated requests, they never fixed our door or the washbasin, which had no water. Bedsheets and pillow covers weren't changed, and there was no drinking water in the rooms. Towels and soap weren't provided either. The counter salesman who calls himself the manager, along with the other staff, had no manners when speaking to customers, including women and older people. Avoid staying here, even if it's free.

The room we actually got was filthy, smelled awful, and felt suffocating because there was no ventilation, even in the bathroom. The bedsheets and blankets weren't clean either. We're about five minutes from Mathura Junction, but I wouldn't recommend staying at this poorly maintained hotel. The room locks were completely different from the ones shown on mobile. The photo they'd sent was of a room on the 3rd floor, not ours. This was the worst stay of our Mathura visit.
