Dharamkot Inn

The location is excellent, right at the entrance to Dharamkot and close to all the cafes. We arrived without booking and got a room easily. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the calm, respectful and professional person at the front desk. They even helped us open our locked luggage, which we really appreciated. The one reason for four stars is cleanliness. There was leftover trash under the bed, plus dust and hairs on the couch. That could be improved.

The restaurant area had a cozy, high-end feel, and the food quality impressed me. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained, with bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. This was my best hotel experience yet, and I highly recommend a visit.

The rooms were big and clean, and the hotel is in a main location. They had a food menu in the room, but wouldn't serve us food there.

The location is good, just a two minute walk from Morgan place. The view is good too, as you'd expect when travelling to Dharamkot. But if you're offline, they treat you the worst. There was no internet at all, so anyone planning to work from home or anywhere else won't be able to in Dharamkot Inn. Service was the worst you can expect in Himachal, where you expect great service as that's their bread and butter. Our room had no hot water. They said they'd switched on the geyser and told us to wait 20 minutes. If they couldn't deliver then, they'd say air had got into the pipelines. The receptionist sent a lad, and after another 20 minutes they brought a bucket full of water. Be prepared to spend a lot of time before you can go out. We booked a room for three and got just one towel. We checked out on the 26th, and only after asking numerous times did they bring another two towels.
