They handled all our requests with a smile, and the service was top notch. The location is good too. Highly recommended.
10/10
Our balcony room cost 1000rs and was neat and clean. One washroom tap was broken, but otherwise this is a superb option. It's also in a very desirable location. A very good stay, highly recommended.
4/10
The room looked really dirty and unprofessional, more like a budget motel than a hotel.
2/10
The power has been out since last night, and there's not even a basic generator for backup. With no electricity, water bottles, toilet paper, or napkins, there's nothing here. The staff don't seem to care, and management is nowhere to be found. No professionalism or responsibility. I've never stayed somewhere so badly run. Save your money and sanity, don't book this dump.
10/10
The charges were reasonable and the service was good. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and within walking distance of the Dalai Lama Temple.
