Dear Hotel Owner, I stayed at your property for two days with guests, and the housekeeping was very poor. The washroom had no light and smelled awful, while the bed sockets didn't work. The sheets had cigarette burns, and there were spider webs around the room, including over the bed. The blanket smelled too. Mosquitoes were in every room; I told the staff, but nothing was done. There were rats in the room as well, and dust on the sofa, wardrobe, and wooden shelves. The whole experience was so bad I can't put it into words. @oyo team and senior officials, please look into this so future guests don't face the same problems when they check in.
