As the groom, I was worried by how the staff treated my family and our guests at my wedding. We’d paid in advance, but guests were still asked to pay. Staff were rude, acted as if we didn’t matter, and refused room service even though we had paid for it. When we complained about the rooms smelling bad, they said they weren’t bothered and hadn’t checked the rooms before handing over the keys. They changed one only after we got angry and abused them a bit. It was a pathetic experience, and I felt awful about it. I’d never advise anyone to book here if they want their guests treated well or want a hassle free wedding and good memories.

The staff really made my stay at Hotel Krome. They went out of their way to meet every need and made me feel valued. I also liked the relaxed atmosphere, with friendly, lively people around and beautiful surroundings. The lighting and decor gave the place a touch of elegance. Meals were delicious and varied, too. It was a wonderful stay from start to finish, and I’d recommend it.

The balcony has no railing, so don’t step out through the balcony door. Inside, the rooms smelled bad and weren’t maintained. Plugs were coming out of the wall and bathroom counters were broken. The mattress was broken with springs sticking out, and they had no replacement. I wouldn’t book a lot of rooms here at once, and would choose carefully. My experience was awful, and these rooms shouldn’t be given to guests if renovation is needed.

The service was the highlight and made up for the general upkeep, which cost it a star. I went for a birthday party at the rooftop resto-bar with pool. The ambiance was great, and the music was okay.
