The rooms I stayed in were spacious, with a great interior and generally good condition. The towels were clean too. But the AC didn't work properly, and the bathroom mirror was dirty. On one visit I asked them to clean the bathroom again because it was very dirty. The rooms and washroom can look clean in the photos, but that wasn't always my experience. The reception staff's manner was a big problem for me. They didn't say anything outright, but they didn't seem to know how to host guests or speak to them properly. When I checked out, the receptionist made me wait while he inspected the room. I often had to call reception four times before a waiter came, and the service was slow. On another visit, the receptionist said the cleaning staff were on holiday, though they were there. The prices are high for what you get, and the service doesn't match them. I found it worse than an ordinary hotel, and very cheap in how it was run. They even asked me to give five stars. Improve the service and the ratings will follow; you can't get stars just by asking. I'd give it minus ten. I won't stay there again, whatever happens. The building seems to be made of cardboard, with no concrete. Check for yourself if you go. Avoid room 111, it's the worst; room 2x is better than 3x. I only chose this place again because I had to stay nearby and the other hotel was sold out. I won't return.

They refused to honor my confirmed OYO booking, and the behavior was rude. There seemed to be no policies at all. This is the worst hotel I've seen, more like a lodge, and not suitable for women or families. I'm leaving this review so other customers think twice before booking.

The cafe serves good food, and the service was excellent. Staff were courteous and sincere. The salon on the ground floor is a lovely extra.

The hotel was clean, with good infrastructure, and the staff were excellent. I enjoyed the food and the service. Having a saloon on the ground floor is a nice bonus.
