The restaurant food is good, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for a shower. The hotel has a nice setup and good Wi-Fi, plus it's away from the noise of the old city. They can arrange taxis, tuk-tuks, and simple tours. The staff are willing to help guests feel comfortable, so I'd suggest giving them a chance.

The receptionist's attitude was awful. I had booked through OYO and paid, but the manager still refused to check me in, even though they had a vacant room and I had confirmation. He was rude and said it wasn't his concern. It was the worst experience, and I wouldn't recommend booking here. This hotel should be removed from online sites so others don't go through the same thing.

This hotel seems to use OYO and other apps to draw people in with low prices. Once you get there, they won't accept the booking through those sites and instead charge 1000 rupees for one person in a non-AC room. The apps should remove this hotel from their listings.

There was no drinking water in the room, and the tap water ran out around midnight. The AC remote was missing and there was no pantry. The door locks were a serious concern. The sheets had dirty oil stains, and although OYO charged for three people, there was only one bed. Usually, a separate mattress is provided for triple occupancy.

The rooms weren't good, though the owner provided very good service. It's in a peaceful residential area with a good location, and daily necessities are easy to find. Vishal Mega Mart is across the road.
