The Bhutani Heritage

We were promised 30 rooms for our family wedding at Bhutani heritage, but when guests arrived, we were told they had all gone to another wedding. After several arguments, we got only 7-8 rooms, and even those had no AC. At the last minute, guests were supposed to move to another hotel about 15 kms away. The full amount had been paid in advance, but the owner couldn't be reached and the staff weren't ready to help. The service was slow and basic requests were ignored. Staff seemed uninterested, were inattentive and unprofessional, and acted rudely and carelessly. The food was terrible too: many dishes were cold, badly cooked, or tasteless. We had booked the venue for 3 days and had been promised several items, but the same poor-quality menu was served every day. A family wedding should be a happy occasion, but this place made the whole experience frustrating with bad food, awful service, and terrible hospitality. I strongly advise people not to consider it for a family gathering or function.

Guests can feel comfortable at Bhutani Heritage, which has a classy ambience and elegant banquet space. The décor is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the hospitality is excellent. Staff handled every detail smoothly. It’s well suited to weddings, receptions, and other large celebrations.

The property is beautiful, and the food was truly delicious. Mr. Kaushal took care of everything so smoothly and made my friend's wedding memorable.

There’s plenty of space for wedding rituals on the large grounds, and valet parking is available. The decoration was good. I attended a family wedding here in this newly built banquet hall, but the caterer wasn't very good. Both the crockery and the food were below average.
