We enjoyed our two nights here. Breakfast had plenty of choices, tasted good, and the staff were polite and helpful with selecting dishes. The view from the fifth-floor lobby in the morning takes in the neighborhood and the Metro station, and Shoprix Mall nearby is handy. After a drive of more than 500 kilometres from my native place, the warmly decorated reception and lobby were a welcome relief. My GoIbibo booking was already in place, and check-in went smoothly. Staff were well behaved. The room was clean, tidy, well lit, and nicely arranged, with a clean, dry bathroom. The AC cooled very strongly, but the courteous staff promptly turned it off when I asked. The comfortable, clean bed made for a sound night's sleep. A very enjoyable stay.

The bakery items were especially good, and the rest of the food was amazing too. Service was great. Arnaan bhaiya deserves a special mention for being so caring and hospitable. He stayed by our table while we ate to make sure we had what we needed.

Clean, comfortable rooms and delicious food, along with good service and a great ambiance. The property is beautiful and makes a lovely setting for weddings, conferences, or family gatherings.

The service was pathetic. Staff didn't seem to care about the convenience of guests staying here. You can call and get a yes, but they never actually complete the task. An overhyped hotel that doesn't deserve a four-star rating. Not a good experience at all.

We had a good stay, with a nice view, a good room, and good amenities. The restaurant food was very good too. Ankit, priya, and Sonam were polite and treated customers nicely. Good hospitality overall. Regards, Pushpraj upadhyay
