Room 101 was on the ground floor, and I had to ask every time I needed something. At Rs. 3500 a day through Yatra corporate booking, this felt like poor value. We’ve found much better rooms for Rs. 1200 in other cities. There was no water in the room when I arrived, the towels weren’t clean, and it had no tea maker or iron stand. The AC remote didn’t work either. The lack of professionalism was frustrating.

The staff at Surya Bar were rude and disrespectful, with no real sense of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend the place unless they improve their attitude.

It’s an okay spot for a small meeting, though nothing especially impressive. I used the conference hall at Surya Regency, Malappuram, and found the ambience, cleanliness, and service all average.

I spent two days there, changing rooms three times because they were dirty and had problems. The first room’s AC didn’t work; in the second, the TV was out of order. The TV in the third room worked, but was no use because they hadn’t paid for the channel subscription. I booked a Delexue room, and the whole stay was a terrible experience. The strange part is that they don’t even offer complimentary breakfast.
