Shri Sai Apartments by Oyo

Vimal was kind and accommodating when I arrived early. I'd told him in advance that I would reach in the morning on the 25th and needed somewhere to freshen up before staying the rest of the day. He had the room ready for me by 7 AM. I had booked for the 25th and 26th because I wanted access from the morning of the 25th, then to leave that night. The hotel uses a 12 PM to 12 PM check-in policy, so that was the option I chose. The place is neat and lovely, in a safe, peaceful residential area. I appreciate Vimal and all the staff for their hospitality. It's a wonderful homestay, and I'd highly recommend it to families and women traveling alone. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

We booked an overnight stay so we could catch the Toy train in the morning. The rooms were spotless, and check-in went smoothly. It's a decent, good-value place close to the Railway station. The one letdown was the bedsheets. They were so thin that they didn't keep out the December cold, and I couldn't sleep properly for a while. Management, please provide sheets suited to the climate.

We needed a quiet place for one night while traveling from Munnar to Ooty via Adiyogi, and this worked perfectly for my family. The surroundings were peaceful, the stay was clean and spacious, and the staff were generous and helped us check in quickly when we arrived late after visiting Adiyogi. There's car parking. They don't provide blankets, though maybe one wasn't needed; when I asked, they gave us extra sheets. A good family stay.

The only drawback I noticed was the lack of food or nearby places to get it. There aren't hotels or tea shops close by, and nothing is sold on-site, not even biscuits. I ordered through Zomato. Could Sai Apartment keep biscuits or small snacks available? That would really help families with kids. Thank you. I stayed with my family and found it safe and budget-friendly. The staff were polite and easy to talk to, and the place is near Mettupalayam Railway Station.
