The food quality is good, but the rooms are only average and don't suit business travellers. It's also a long way from the city.

A handy hotel for an industrial visit, with cooperative staff and a nice ambiance. There's a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, a cinema hall on the second, and room delivery is available. A shopping centre is within walking distance for shopping or dining, and the food comes hot and tasty. The service response time needs improvement.

This was an extremely poor stay. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. Basic hygiene was lacking, the toilet seat was broken, and the service was poor. It isn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it. Avoid if possible.

Neelam hotel was very disappointing. The rooms and service aren't good, and there's no washroom or dormitory for drivers travelling with guests. There's no food either, so drivers have nowhere to rest. The staff washrooms at the back are dirty and have no water. There are no proper facilities for customers or drivers, and the driver who came with us was left sleeping in the car.

The room at hotel Neelam was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient and the amenities were top-notch. I also ate at the on-site restaurant during my stay. The attentive, friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the service was excellent. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
