My company booked me a week here, but after this experience I'm planning to leave tomorrow. Staff kept coming to my room every 25-30 minutes to ask for payment, even after I explained that the company was handling it. It went on until around midnight and made the stay uncomfortable and unprofessional. The water bottle in the room was also very poor quality. I hope management improves how guests are treated.

The staff treated me badly and insultingly, and the service was poor. The room smelled bad and was dirty throughout. I won't come back.

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and polite, and we'd stay here again. Wishing them all the best 😊

I had booked and paid, but when I arrived to check in, they refused to give me a room because they'd given it to someone else. There wasn't another empty room anywhere in the hotel, and the staff were awful. They also refused to refund me. A horrible experience. Look for another hotel in the area; this place is garbage.

The view from the balcony was lovely, and I really liked the cosy, comfortable room. The bathroom was bigger than at the other hotels there. Service could've been better, but I still had a very good stay.
