Hotel 3 Bros by Fabhotels

Hotel 3 Bros has big rooms that fit the whole family, with extra blankets available. It was neat and clean, and had a TV, AC, hot water, and friendly staff. The team was great, breakfast was good, and there’s fresh air on the balcony. Markets are nearby too. I’ll definitely come again.

I found the hotel on OYO because it fit my budget. When I got there, they quoted a higher price and told me to book online after I pointed out the OYO price. I booked and paid online right in front of them. Then they refused to let me in, saying I had to pay just as much again as I’d already paid online. The owner wouldn’t answer any calls from OYO customer care. These guys are straight-up fraudsters, and OYO knows about it but is doing nothing.

I booked through Fabhotel, but on check-in day the hotelier didn’t mark me as checked in on the Fabhotel app and recorded me as a “No show.” That means it’s basically like dealing directly with the hotel, without the benefits or discounts from Fabhotel. A very cheap way to do business.

I booked through oyo and paid oyo with paytm. Three or four hours after I checked in, the owner told me they don’t accept online payment and wanted cash, then said I had to move to another hotel and contact oyo because it wasn’t their concern. What the heck? Oyo spoke to the arrogant manager, who told them to move us. They called another nearby hotel while I was on the call, then the manager picked up the phone in front of me and said yes, move them to our hotel. I don’t know what that was about. I was thinking I’d booked this place for 641 with a coupon, while for the other hotel oyo had to pay and I had to pay 30 extra. This was the worst stay experience, and they also gave us a room with no working AC.
