MEERA S.
Jaiveer, a Punjabi gentleman on staff, was helpful when he moved us to another block so we could get away from the loud party crowd. One waitress was also kind and polite, and brought us boiled eggs after the chef arrogantly refused my request for sunny-side-up eggs. The food was overpriced for its quality, and the breakfast menu was very limited. We'd booked for two days but chose to leave early because the environment made us uncomfortable. Reception said they'd contact Cleartrip about the refund, but they never did, despite assuring us at checkout. If guests decide not to continue their stay, the hotel should handle a fair refund honestly instead of promising to tell the booking site and then doing nothing. The hotel is far from the main city, and the road there is in very poor condition, making for an uncomfortable, bumpy ride. Although the property is large, its maintenance and cleanliness don't match the pictures online. The rooms and washrooms weren't as neat and clean as the overly edited or AI-enhanced booking photos suggest. There was loud music and party noise during our visit. It seemed like the hotel often hosts music parties and male-dominated events, and the overall vibe felt uncomfortable and shady for families. I didn't see any families there, which made us uneasy about staying a second night. I hope the owner takes the feedback seriously and improves maintenance, service, and honest communication, and I hope management takes genuine steps to improve the guest experience and process my refund.
