There was no food, no hot water, and no cleanliness. The rooms were dusty and a mess, and there was no respect. Nothing there. Just a waste, waste, waste.

I’d booked and paid online through the Oyo app because I was there for an exam. But when I arrived, the receptionist clearly refused to give me a room, and Oyo customer service offered no help either. I had to return to Delhi the same day without sitting my exams. That was a totally bad experience. I’m sharing what happened, and it’s up to you guys.

We paid for an AC room, but couldn’t use the AC even for an hour. From 1-5 there was no electricity, and the generator kept tripping. It was scorching hot, and trying to get by with just a fan was difficult. When I complained, the owner was rude and harsh.

The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and the towel had already been used. The ceiling fan was so noisy too. I’ve never seen this kind of burst hotel. A total waste of money.

The hotel was nice when I went there with my girlfriend, and the room service was great too.
