Ashwem Point

We paid 30k for three nights. The restaurant menu felt pricey, but the breakfast had plenty of choices and was really good. Our room was clean and very nice, and the service was good too. The resort has a lovely beachside location, with the beach right within the property, good views, and amazing sunsets. It's a good family option if you want to walk on the nearby beach.

We spent two days at Tan and Sand Goa and had a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, and Head Chef Amit deserves a mention for being so polite and making sure guests are comfortable. We tried several cuisines, and all the food was delicious. The rooms and shared areas were clean, hygienic, and well looked after. The resort sits right by the beach, handy for a walk by the sea in the morning or evening. There’s also a peaceful garden where you can sit and unwind. A few beach sacks near the shore would be a nice addition. It's a calm beachfront stay for couples or families, and we'd recommend it and like to return.

The beachfront setting was one of the best parts, with direct access to the beach. Breakfast was a highlight too, with fresh food and lots of choice. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable, and room service was impressively quick. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the housekeeping team kept things to a high standard. We had back pain and asked to switch from the soft mattress. They brought us a firm double mattress at no extra charge. We were also traveling with an infant, and staff helped with the stroller and held doors, which meant a lot. There were ants in the room, though. Still, a great stay, worth four stars.

What we paid didn't feel justified by the stay. The staff were slow to respond, didn't take complaints seriously, and seemed poorly coordinated. Our room wasn't properly maintained, cleanliness fell below standard, and some basic amenities were missing or didn't work. Management needs to improve the upkeep and service.
