The room was comfortable and I slept peacefully. I’d asked for a pool-view room, and the staff switched me over quickly and without any hassle. They were attentive to requests in general. I booked through Agoda, and the hotel details and policies were clear, so check-in was straightforward. They greeted me with a welcome drink, and the clean, cozy place looked just like the website photos. The honey chilli potato tasted good, and the food prices seemed reasonable. A pleasant stay.

I stayed from 11dec 2025 to 15th dec 2025 and would happily come back. The calm, welcoming atmosphere and convenient location made the visit feel easy and stress-free. My room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were polite and ready to help with a smile. I really enjoyed the hospitality and would recommend staying here.

I left less than an hour after checking in, even though I’d booked 3 nights. The delay was over 30 minutes past the official check-in time despite my confirmed booking, and nobody explained or apologized. Once I finally got into the room, no one came to help or deal with my concerns. The property is listed as 4 star, but in my experience it felt closer to 2 star. The room wasn’t dirty so much as poorly finished and cared for, and the whole place looked unpolished and badly maintained. The staff seemed untrained and were rude, with no proper assistance or professionalism. It was an extremely frustrating waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Aurum was a memorable place to stay in Goa, and thanks to the owners for making such a lovely spot available. The staff were exemplary, and the kitchen turned out delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s well placed among Goa’s popular beaches. The pool is kept up nicely, with green trees around it, and our room was neat and clean, with a bathroom that felt brand new.
