This was my second stay at Beach Walk Resort, Morjim, and I enjoyed it just as much. The calm setting near the beach is great for relaxing. The pool was awesome, clean, and well maintained, and the food was really good. Rathod ji and his boys deserve a special mention. He was there on both visits and managed everything really well, a one man army. Thanks as well to Joyana mam and the other Sir at reception, whose name I didn’t ask, for the prompt service. The rooms are clean and budget-friendly, with AC, a geyser, a comfy bed, and quick room service. Great vibe and value for money. I’d recommend it and would love to come back.

Being just a short walk from the beach made the morning and sunset strolls feel magical. The resort is peaceful, so it suits families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Beach Walk Resort Goa felt welcoming right from arrival. The spacious, neat rooms were well maintained and had the modern amenities we needed. Service from Ramesh Sir and his team was prompt and always came with a smile. Everything felt well organized, with a calm, refreshing atmosphere. Cleanliness, hospitality, and comfort were all top-notch. We can’t wait to visit again.

I didn’t stay in or use the room at all, but I wasn’t given a refund. I had to urgently find another hotel, which cost me more and took up an entire day of my trip. I’d come from Canada to Goa to relax, so this was a terrible start to my vacation. I wouldn’t recommend the property, given the misleading listing and policies, questionable safety, and poor handling of guest concerns. The room didn’t match the online photos, and I had serious hygiene and safety concerns. Its windows were moldy and partly open, and it didn’t feel secure. The alternative room I was shown was in similar condition. I could also open the door from outside without a key, which is a serious safety issue. I booked through Booking.com, where no visitor restriction was mentioned. After I paid, I was told visitors weren’t allowed at all, and entry was strictly denied. That felt misleading since it hadn’t been disclosed beforehand. The lady receptionist communicated poorly and unprofessionally. Rather than explain the policy or help, she was dismissive. Later, the hotel made false statements about things I supposedly said, which I never did. It felt like they were misrepresenting the situation instead of addressing my concerns honestly.

I booked for 4 days at first, then extended for another 4, and had a really good stay overall. The attentive, friendly staff took care of guests during breakfast, serving hot, fresh food themselves. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the rooms were good value for money. For staff behavior, location, and room value, I’d give it 8/10. The kitchen area, though, looked quite dirty and needs serious cleaning and maintenance. I also had noticeable irritation in my skin and eyes after swimming. After 3 days I stopped using the pool. There might be a chlorine imbalance, so it needs maintenance.

The only real plus for us was how close it is to Morjim beach, just a 1-2 min walk. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with two cut fruits, toast, omelettes, and one breakfast item such as poha or puri. There was no proper handwashing area, so we had to wash at the pool shower spot. Parking was limited to 2-3 cars beside reception, along the roadside. We booked 2 executive rooms but got one executive and one cottage. The cottage looked great from outside, but inside it was a tightly packed one-bedroom, and the bathroom wasn’t spacious. Soundproofing was 0, and we could clearly hear the neighboring rooms. It felt like a downgrade to get the cottage while paying the executive room price. The executive room itself was decent, with a spacious bathroom. I’d choose executive rooms if staying here. The pool was a decent size, but the water wasn’t clean, with cigarette stubs and leaves in it. This is a small property, and we were disappointed at first sight. The makemytrip pictures make it look like a high five luxury resort, but it isn’t even a resort. Management needs to be more proactive. When we arrived, some guests were complaining about rooms and had been promised replacements. We were told we’d be given rooms that had just been vacated, though those already had problems. When I pointed that out, they changed the rooms. Our flight meant we arrived very early, but they said no room was available before the 2pm check-in time. We left our luggage at reception and went to the beach. At 2, only one room was ready, and they offered a cottage instead.
