It looked good from the outside, but staying there was a terrible experience. The room was dirty, with stains on the bedsheet and a sticky floor, and the water stopped working for a while. Maintenance was basically absent, and there were rusted rods in the swimming pool. Staff didn't seem to care about the sheets. My biggest concern was security: the doors wouldn't lock, and when we told staff, they left us alone without addressing it. There were also lots of lizards in the bathroom sink cabinet, and the mirror was broken. Worst experience ever.

The food was delicious, the owners were very good, and the staff were helpful. They planned the whole event that took place on August 15 and 16, and everything there felt like a five out of five to me. I can't think of anything offbeat about the place. I'd definitely plan to stay here with friends on my next trip to Goa.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, always checking that I was feeling good. The space is great, the pool is clean, and everyone is welcome. No complaints about the rooms or service either. I'd definitely come back.

The in-house club has a nice atmosphere, with parties too. Rooms are spacious and hygienic, and the staff are friendly and cooperative.

The staff service and breakfast were good, and Treebo customer service was great when I needed to switch hotels. They found me a more decent place. This one was too far from the main crowd, the parking surface wasn't properly cemented, and the rooms smelled bad from the damp walls. Yellowish bathroom tiles gave the stay a poor impression, and there was no exhaust fan in the washroom.
